Updated on June 28, 2015. Good news for students because you can obtain free Autodesk license for students for all software. These licenses is valid for tree years.
(1.) Go to download page, click on “All Products” tab and choose any software that you want.
(2.) If you still not have one, register a new account. You need to fill in all related informations including your school or college.
(3.) Choose any available version that you want, usually only tree versions available, current version and two older versions. Choose also the language and OS of your desktop or laptop. Finally, choose the download type. If you want to download offline installer, click little arrow next to “INSTALL NOW” and choose “Browser Download”.
Finish the download and run the installer. Use the license key given on the download screen. The activation key also was emailed to you mailbox. I think there is no different between student and regular license. The limitations are license only active for tree years and also a massage something like saying “this file is created using a student version of blah blah blah” when you open the saved files on other computer.
